From our establishment in 1863 right
up to present day, Shooter Property Services has always been a truly
independent estate agent. We offer a full range of professional
services, with house sales forming the principal part of the business.
Owned and run by people committed to providing the very best in
property sales, rentals and professionally related services, we
are proud of our long history and proud to be able to say that we
have helped generations of clients with their property transactions.
The firm has over the years developed a comprehensive service covering
all property related matter, be it residential, commercial or the
agricultural sector. In addition to sales, property lettings and
mortgage advice we offer extensive professional valuation services
for individuals, local and government authorities.
The knowledge, experience and expertise acquired over the years
gives us a unique position in the marketplace but even more importantly,
we never forget that our business is primarily about people.
:: Recent History ::
- 2000 - New purpose built state of art estate agency showroom
opened in Banbridge after previous premises lost in a bomb explosion
18 months earlier.
- 2002 - Newry showroom completed upgraded and remodeled using
new corporate look used within the finish of the Banbridge Showroom.
- 2004 - Gary Little BSc(Hons.) MRICS joined the firm from Lisneys,
in Belfast, and is an invaluable asset to our professional services
department. He carries out property valuation and survey throughout
the province for individual and institutional clients as well
as handling all our commercial agency work
- June 2005 - The acquisition of Robin Cruikshanks, a long established
Lisburn estate agent, has given us the opportunity to widen our
coverage area with 3 offices along the full length of the A1 Carriageway;
this will enable us to give our clients from all our branches
an even higher level of service.
- Ongoing - Substantial IT investment in specialised software
packages and mobile communications to allow all staff to operate
with maximum efficiency for the benefit of our large client base.
- Next - Sourcing larger premises within Lisburn City Centre
to improve and expand on existing services and prepare for an
exciting New Development commencing early 2006
