Booking Procedure
A deposit of £1000 (£250 of which is non-refundable), cheques made payable to Shooter Property Services, and a completed reservation agreement is required to hold a site, providing details of your solicitor. In the event that contracts are not signed and returned within 6 weeks of their receipt by the purchaser’s solicitor, the Developer retains the right to re-market the site. Upon signing the contract, a 10% deposit is required.
