After graduating from Queen's University in 1994 with an Honours Degree in Economics, Raymond joined the company and whist learning the necessary skills needed to work in a provincial residential and commercial practice continued with his studies and further graduated with an Honours Degree in Estate Management form the University of Ulster in 1998.

Raymond became a Partner in the company 2001 and today is the Managing Partner of Shooter & Co (NI) LLP, trading as Shooter Property Services in Lisburn and Banbridge.

With over 25 years' experience, his range of expertise extends throughout the business working for individual and large corporate clients and regardless his focus is to provide a highly professional service with honesty, respect and customer service all paramount.

Away from work Raymond loves to spend time with his wife Julie and their three children. When not the nominated 'taxi driver' for his kids sports and social engagements, Raymond likes to spend time up at the North Coast where long windy and wet walks with the family dog are a must, he also enjoys getting down to the Kingspan Stadium for Ulster Rugby matches.

Christopher is an RICS member and RICS Registered Valuer. Prior to 'coming home' to Shooter, Christopher worked in DTZ's (and subsequently Cushman & Wakefield's) London office where he acted on behalf of some of the UK's largest property companies and pension funds advising on valuation, asset management and leasing. He then joined Savills Office Agency team in Dublin focusing on site acquisition and office leasing. In 2018 Christopher, a son of former partner Quentin, returned to the company bringing a wealth of experience to the business and he continues to lead the professional services, commercial and land departments within Shooter.

Away from the office Christopher is a keen golfer, and also enjoys cycling, hiking and skiing when the time allows!

Caroline joined the company in 2002 as a sales negotiator having previously worked for another leading provincial estate agency.

Today she is responsible for the Banbridge Residential Team and ensures their continue success through excellent customer service and close attention to detail through each step of a client's property sale. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their young three children, fishing and walking the family dogs.

Samantha joined the company in 2002 on a training course as an administrator after leaving school, she quickly progressed to join our residential sales team before moving on to head up our residential letting business.

This division has grown exponentially over the last 10 years and Samantha has overseen a substantial investment by the company in specialised software, systems and practices to ensure smooth day to day operation, but above all else Samantha understands and values excellent customer service as a basic requirement to meet the needs of our Landlords and Tenants.

Away from the office Samantha likes to travel with her husband, spending time with friends and family and walking her dog 'little Alfie'.

Debbie primary role is home viewings, a roles she enjoys doing when the rest of us have normally gone home!

She loves to meet buyers and sellers in the evenings and throughout the day on a Saturday offering friendly, honest advice to all and providing the office-based team with feedback that is invaluable to our sellers and the entire sales process.

When not providing our 'out of hours' service Debbie enjoys mini breaks with her husband, as often as possible!

Norma joined the team in 2007 as our Book Keeper bringing a wealth of professional experience gained in Dublin and Belfast.

Based in Banbridge Office, Norma is responsible for the day to day financial operations of our sales, professional and property management teams in Lisburn & Banbridge and over the last year has helped to implement new technology and software systems that provide our both clients and ourselves with quicker and clearer, collection and payment solutions.
