Tony Joined our Lisburn branch in 2011 as Branch Manager, Tony has 20 years' experience in the property market having started his career in estate agency for a large multi-national estate agency then moving onto a local estate agency as valuer then becoming Branch Manager before moving to Shooter Property Services.
Tony brings experience in both sales and rentals with customer service being paramount and a wealth of knowledge for the local area having grown up and lived in the area all of his life.
Outside of work Tony enjoys spending time with Claire and his two children enjoying family activities, weekends away and summer holidays, Tony follows local football and would regularly attend the National Stadium to watch Northern Ireland play along with helping out coaching at his sons football team.
Claire joined our Lisburn branch at its inception in 2004 as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
Claire had extensive previous experience within the industry having worked for a large multi-national estate agency in a similar role. Claire is very focused on customer service and believes communication is the key to the success of our Lisburn branch.
Outside work Claire and her husband Tony (our branch manager), and their two children love to enjoy the great outdoors spending time in the garden, barbequing and weekends away camping along with the odd family holiday to the sun.
Rachel is an original member of our staff in Lisburn joining at its inception in 2004 as a receptionist/administrator.
As well as her office duties in Lisburn Rachel is the most knowledgeable of our computerised office systems and is constantly helping the rest of our team in Lisburn & Banbridge. She also plays an important role within our large and fast-growing property letting and management department ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained in providing advice, settlements and payments to our Landlords.
After graduating from Queen's University in 1994 with an Honours Degree in Economics, Raymond joined the company and whist learning the necessary skills needed to work in a provincial residential and commercial practice continued with his studies and further graduated with an Honours Degree in Estate Management form the University of Ulster in 1998.
Raymond became a Partner in the company 2001 and today is the Managing Partner of Shooter & Co (NI) LLP, trading as Shooter Property Services in Lisburn and Banbridge.
With over 25 years' experience, his range of expertise extends throughout the business working for individual and large corporate clients and regardless his focus is to provide a highly professional service with honesty, respect and customer service all paramount.
Away from work Raymond loves to spend time with his wife Julie and their three children. When not the nominated 'taxi driver' for his kids sports and social engagements, Raymond likes to spend time up at the North Coast where long windy and wet walks with the family dog are a must, he also enjoys getting down to the Kingspan Stadium for Ulster Rugby matches.
