We offer a complete rental property management service which will include rent collection, a detailed inventory of contents and condition, check in/out, dealing with daily day to day tenant issues and regular property inspections. We will register your tenant's deposit in a recognised scheme (Deposit Protection Scheme) and handle all property maintenance and property renovation issues as required.

Shooter Property Services excel at getting the highest possible value from your rental property investment. If at present you are hiring a different letting agency to manage your rental property, we make switching easy.
All you need do is serve notice with your current agent and then pass it over to us. We will do the rest and there's no charge to you for any of the switching over.

- How much is the rent per calendar month?
- What is included in the rent?
- What additional bills are there? What is the likely cost?

- What fees do I need to pay to set up the tenancy?
- How long is the contract for?
Make sure you budget for your new property as you will have a few significant outgoings when you first set up a new tenancy including fees, rent, deposit and other outlays.
Shooter Tenant Steps
Step One
When you find a property that you are interested in, complete the tenancy appplication with the branch looking after the property. The 'Letting Team' will guide you through this process and confirm what information and documentation they will need from you.
Step Two
If the application is successful you will then need to pay your deposit immediately and the first month's rent on commencement of the tenancy.
Step Three
Other initial outgoings might include the purchase of furniture if you rent an unfurnished or part furnished property. You may also want to organise Contents Insurance. Then once you have moved in, you will have ongoing costs of your monthly rental payments, utilities including gas, electricity, phone bills, broadband and line rental to name a few.
Step Four
Take all of these costs into account and you will fully enjoy the experience of renting your new home.
