BOOKING PROCEDURE

A deposit of £1,000 made payable to the selling agent is required to hold a site and details of your solicitor. In the event that contracts are not signed and returned within 8 weeks of their receipt by the purchaser’s solicitor, the Developer retains the right to re-market the site. Upon signing the contract, a 10% deposit is required, with the balance of the purchase money being payable upon completion.
